Have you ever asked yourself …..?


  • Am I happy with my life? (I don’t mean ‘satisfied’ with your life, I mean happy!)

  • Am I filled with joy!

  • Have I achieved my goals?  My purpose for being? Do I even know what that is?

Studies have shown the body’s healing systems respond favorably to hope, laughter, humor, optimism, joy, caring, love and intimacy and negatively to such emotions and states as loneliness, depression, hopelessness, anxiety, hate, anger, and pessimism.


Many of these emotional states we tend to find ourselves tangled up in, are because these thoughts, feelings and emotions have become a habit.


Habits are routines of behavior that are repeated regularly and tend to occur in our subconscious mind without us directly thinking about them. They are the more routine tasks and activities that we do on ‘auto-pilot’.   Have you ever driven to work on the same route as usual, and arrived at work with no conscious thought of how you actually got there?  Or been headed for somewhere totally different, and ended up taking the same turn off or same road that you usually take?


Many of us have developed good, supportive habits that serve us, like regular exercise or brushing our teeth. Many of us have also developed some of the non- supportive habits in the way that we think, and we fall automatically into those “thought traps” like fear, loneliness, anxiety, and pessimism.


In order to create the life of your dreams, you must begin to recognize where you are, you must get to the state of "being aware." You must notice what you've been doing "unconsciously", perhaps for years. Once you are aware of what you’ve been doing (thinking in ways that are not serving you), then you will have the power to create change in your life. To quote a good friend, James Downey, tell that mind-frick “Thanks for sharing; I’m up to something else!”.

The universe delivers to you what you give your attention and energy to, not necessarily what you want.  The first step in creating positive change, to move to the place of happiness and joy in your life, is to recognize where you are, and change self defeating thought patterns. COME AND RELIVE THE MAGIC

Hi all:



I hope all is well with each one of you and I'm looking forward to seeing your lovely faces at the Mastery. This is a personal request to each one of you to consider helping out on the assistants team; I hope that as many of you as possible can do this. As you know, it's a safe place to connect again with the energy and love which motivated you at your first Mastery.


I think the first time I assisted at a weekend, I got about as much out of it as I did at my own Mastery. There's so much going on at your Mastery weekend, that some of it falls in to place better when you can sit and watch other people doing what you did.



Add to that the enhanced experience you will be providing for the new participants; it makes the experience for them so much richer if there are a good number of assistants who can be there for them.



There are choices so please pick which one suits you best:

- you can sign up to help for the whole weekend which would be the best thing to do for the sake of continuity for yourself and others.

-this also gives you more time/connection with Back Row!



If you are unable to assist, you can observe:



- be entertained and cheer on the group at the monologues on Saturday evening or during skits on Sunday evening.

- be there at times when extra people are needed such as the 3 corner exercise on Saturday or Love/Anger on Sunday afternoon.



Lots of choices - please do show up at some point as you will be enhancing your own Mastery experience a huge amount, and the more time you can spend there the more you will relive your weekend.



Come and relive the magic - it will be good to get together again and Awesome to see how you all are.



Please reply as soon as possible - there are intros to attend and the assistants team will have 2 meetings before the Mastery as well.
